Pawel Dembkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolás Guerrero in the 23rd minute. Carmelo Sifon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Pawel Dembkowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Patryk Wnukowski hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Carmelo Sifon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pawel Dembkowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Carmelo Sifon slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 33rd minute. Edmund Pietrowski's late challenge caught a Real Madrid de Guatemala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmund Pietrowski helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes KS Zgredy got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Pietrowski. With a little luck, KS Zgredy's Pawel Dembkowski got control of the ball when Nicolás Guerrero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carmelo Sifon came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pawel Dembkowski could save by the left post. Real Madrid de Guatemala's Angel Salazar got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 54 minutes KS Zgredy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nicolás Guerrero who took care of the corner kick. Carmelo Sifon took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pawel Dembkowski. Pawel Dembkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After a rather tough play, KS Zgredy's Iwo Laba got a free kick in the 65th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmelo Sifon in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pawel Dembkowski saved KS Zgredy from getting behind. In the 68th minute Carmelo Sifon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Dembkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The KS Zgredy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pawel Dembkowski should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Carmelo Sifon sped through KS Zgredy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pawel Dembkowski. The Real Madrid de Guatemala fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Real Madrid de Guatemala's Carmelo Sifon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 90thth minute of the game Carmelo Sifon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Zgredy's Pawel Dembkowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Real Madrid de Guatemala fully deserved thier win.
