Aivo Pärjasaar made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Elpidio Markel sent off a good shot on target. A well-hit corner resulted in Pankracy Jerzyk heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 36 minutes into the match, Lu Sha Xing had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vlatko Bošković. EL DIABLO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lu Sha Xing was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 41 minutes into the game, Alberto Bosso threw the ball into play from the sideline. EL DIABLO FC's Felipe Maju quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Vlatko Bošković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Sha Xing in the 45th minute of play. The EL DIABLO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vlatko Bošković should have stopped the shot. A collision led to EL DIABLO FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play.
