A collision led to FC Jones getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Zé Paulo Lucas hit a great ball. If Mihai Gherase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. Oscar Frascuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huang Guo Feng in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Tarmo Pasanen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Frascuelo. Octavia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tarmo Pasanen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. FC Jones's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
