In the 10th minute Håkan Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Frânculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC Jones's Isak Stenquist got control of the ball when Ionuț Jităreanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Panait Frânculescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarmo Pasanen in the 15th minute of play. Panait Frânculescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Huang Guo Feng in the 20th minute of the match. Panait Frânculescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Huang Guo Feng, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Panait Frânculescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Panait Frânculescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Landin in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's goal looked a bit too open when Huang Guo Feng came free, but Panait Frânculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Cristi Şuţu got a free kick in the 46th minute. Witomir Wieloch took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Panait Frânculescu. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Håkan Landin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Panait Frânculescu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 55th minute Tarmo Pasanen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Frânculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Panait Frânculescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Valea Buzăului from getting a goal against them. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Panait Frânculescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sivert Hägert in the 61st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dag Liljeström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isak Stenquist was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. But to his dismay, Zé Paulo Lucas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. -BZF- Valea Buzăului made a substitution. Vasile Târcă replaced Adrian Nicolae. After 82 played minutes FC Jones got a freekick which was hit by Witomir Wieloch. The supporters of FC Jones booed when -BZF- Valea Buzăului was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dag Liljeström didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Jităreanu in the 89th minute of play forced FC Jones's goalkeeper Isak Stenquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Håkan Landin came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Panait Frânculescu could save by the left post. Panait Frânculescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarmo Pasanen in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Jones had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
