Abdika Philip sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdika Philip in the 5th minute of play forced RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goalkeeper Olgierd Borcz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Abdika Philip had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olgierd Borcz. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdika Philip was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Przemyslaw Pincoski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Juan Carlos Suciu made a huge save. After 18 played minutes RW AHLEN-KNURÓW got a freekick which was hit by Hugon Wojtyna. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pacho Mondejar in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olgierd Borcz saved RW AHLEN-KNURÓW from getting behind. Abdika Borbon hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 33 played minutes RW AHLEN-KNURÓW got a freekick which was hit by Hugon Wojtyna. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Pacho Mondejar sped through RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Olgierd Borcz. Olgierd Borcz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pacho Mondejar in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Salud y República was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Doblas to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Salud y República were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pacho Mondejar to make the kick off. Olgierd Borcz was a little too slow when Pacho Mondejar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-5. In the 60th minute of the game, Przemyslaw Pincoski landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The supporters of Salud y República booed when RW AHLEN-KNURÓW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugon Wojtyna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Szymon Beninda's late challenge caught a Salud y República's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szymon Beninda helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th match minute, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szymon Beninda to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goalkeeper Olgierd Borcz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pacho Mondejar. Juan Carlos Suciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Pyrtek in the 76th minute of play. Olgierd Borcz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pacho Mondejar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pacho Mondejar 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-6. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Olgierd Borcz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pacho Mondejar in the 92nd minute of play. Although RW AHLEN-KNURÓW had been in control for most of the match, Salud y República still came away with the win.
