The crowd rose to their feet as Edvard Kupits kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacek Witek. That made the score 4-0 in the 26 minute of play. Edvard Kupits in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jacek Witek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Galaxy Team U18's Jacek Witek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaur Vaasna in the 35th minute of play. JK Koljala's Kaur Vaasna got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Kaur Vaasna took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Jacek Witek to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucjan Hatman to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaur Vaasna in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Edvard Kupits was slow to take the kick. During this time JK Koljala's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to JK Koljala's Jaanus Lokko getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Galaxy Team U18's zone, Edvard Kupits stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacek Witek came out of the goal and Edvard Kupits tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damian Malewicki during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The JK Koljala fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when JK Koljala's Edvard Kupits looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
