The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Eigtheenstars 2 from getting a goal against them. In the 11th minute of the match, Yao Kun Lei tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ignacio Valery saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Alexsandro Romero got a free kick in the 16th minute. Paco Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niguel Abasolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Baristo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Ignacio Valery stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yao Kun Lei's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. GALATASARAY O.Z. were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Eigtheenstars 2's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ludomir Domin took the corner. The corner led to GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Ambrossi Bin Berrak getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Yao Kun Lei managed to get in a good position for a shot. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Yao Kun Lei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Valery breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Silvano Bazil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yao Kun Lei to make the kick off. Paco Zamora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Faro in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Eigtheenstars 2's goal looked a bit too open when Yao Kun Lei came free, but Ignacio Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Eigtheenstars 2 defense, Yao Kun Lei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacio Valery. The Eigtheenstars 2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacio Valery should have stopped the shot. Niguel Abasolo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Alexsandro Romero hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute J.J J.J. shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexsandro Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Paco Zamora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Faro in the 68th minute of play. Julio Faros short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Paco Zamora to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ignacio Valery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yao Kun Lei in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eigtheenstars 2's goalkeeper Ignacio Valery, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Eigtheenstars 2 getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Feliberto Soter hit a great ball. The supporters of GALATASARAY O.Z. booed when Eigtheenstars 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Soter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignacio Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yao Kun Lei, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Paco Zamora made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Niguel Abasolo sent off a good shot on target. Placido Etxahun made in the 86th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Silvano Bazil. Ignacio Valery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexsandro Romero in the 88th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Lucas Torreira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ignacio Valery narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There was no doubt that GALATASARAY O.Z. were the better team. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
