The referee ignored MALZBIER's protests and gave 江康文 a yellow card for diving instead. 江康文 hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. LA DEL MONO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rigoberto Cordareo in the 40th minute. Félix Mielle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vince Easton in the 41st minute of the match. Félix Mielle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Easton in the 42nd minute of play. If Huang Yi Qian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

MALZBIER's Tony Hoffmann was substituted for Edinho Arantes. MALZBIER's Onurhan Aydoğan was substituted for Gonçalo Montenegro. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vince Easton to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Higinio Botello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Félix Mielle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the MALZBIER defense, Vince Easton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Félix Mielle. The MALZBIER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Félix Mielle should have stopped the shot. Félix Mielle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vince Easton, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. LA DEL MONO's Vince Easton got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vince Easton took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Félix Mielle. Félix Mielle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 69 minutes into the match, LA DEL MONO's Higinio Botello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Félix Mielle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Félix Mielle came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by LA DEL MONO's Higinio Botello. But to his dismay, Higinio Botello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. LA DEL MONO were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after MALZBIER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rigoberto Cordareo took the corner. 89 minutes into the game, LA DEL MONO's Betinho Falcão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Félix Mielle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Betinho Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LA DEL MONO fans cheered their team off the field, for while MALZBIER had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
