Comunicaciones's 黎明 Wu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Roque Orlan, made in the 2nd minute of the game. 4 minutes into the match, João Pedro Rosa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Itacaruaré FC's Gilberto Dacio. Gilberto Dacio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 7th match minute, Itacaruaré FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Pudes to maneuver through the defense. After 9 minutes of play, Comunicaciones's João Pedro Rosa made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilberto Dacio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roque Orlan got a throw-in 13 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eriberto Ledesma. When João Pedro Rosa came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Comunicaciones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Pedro Rosa couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Bernat in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Gerola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Fabio Gerola managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Itacaruaré FC's Marciano Garcia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Comunicaciones booed when Itacaruaré FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Orlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Itacaruaré FC's Gilberto Dacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro Rosa in the 27th minute of play. Gilberto Dacio came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Comunicaciones's João Pedro Rosa. But to his dismay, João Pedro Rosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Fabio Gerola made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Marciano Garcia sent off a good shot on target. Fabio Gerola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Ledesma in the 35th minute of the match. Eriberto Ledesma received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabio Gerola came out and tried to block the shot, but Eriberto Ledesma slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 35th minute. Fabio Gerola was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Marciano Garcia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marciano Garcia really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Eriberto Ledesma kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Itacaruaré FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Rosa came free, but Gilberto Dacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute of the match Comunicaciones got a corner. Itacaruaré FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Romulo Oihan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.
The wind increased when Marciano Garcia made the kick off in the second half. Fabio Gerola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Garcia in the 52nd minute of the match. Romulo Oihan hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th match minute, Comunicaciones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dhari Al Ghanem to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Comunicaciones's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Bernat came free, but Fabio Gerola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute João Pedro Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Dacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Erasmo Pudes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Comunicaciones's Romulo Oihan got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Pedro Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gilberto Dacio made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when João Pedro Rosa sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Pedro Rosa in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilberto Dacio saved Itacaruaré FC from getting behind. After 69 minutes Itacaruaré FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romulo Oihan who took care of the corner kick. João Pedro Rosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Dacio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Pedro Rosa ran back to his position shaking his head. Roque Orlan made in the 73rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Domingos Bernat immediately put the ball in play. In the 75th minute, João Pedro Rosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Comunicaciones fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. In the 83rd minute, Hanung Raturandang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Gerola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Ledesma in the 84th minute of the match. Eriberto Ledesma took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Gerola. Fabio Gerola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. In the 95th match minute, Comunicaciones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Rumaldo to maneuver through the defense. Fabio Gerola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Garcia in the 96th minute of the match.
