Nevada Etxeberria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nevada Etxeberria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannes Dresdner having to interfere. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Raffaelo Anderegg was slow to take the kick. During this time Black Dragons's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Black Dragons's Raffaelo Anderegg to fire away a dangerous shot which Saturnino Nieto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nevada Etxeberria in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hannes Dresdner saved Black Dragons from getting behind. After some careless play in the Black Dragons defense, Tello Lopez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hannes Dresdner. The Black Dragons fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hannes Dresdner should have stopped the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Black Dragons's goal looked a bit too open when Nevada Etxeberria came free, but Hannes Dresdner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Saturnino Nieto got control of the ball when I Putu í Lon Jacobsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nevada Etxeberria hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Marques Gutierrez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hannes Dresdner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ALPUJARRAS LIBRE reached it. The Black Dragons players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE were winning 0-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Waud Soetemans in the 57th minute of play forced ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's goalkeeper Saturnino Nieto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Marques Gutierrez got a free kick in the 57th minute. Hannes Dresdner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tello Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hannes Dresdner made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Nevada Etxeberria sent off a good shot on target. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Nevada Etxeberria got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Black Dragons's goalkeeper Hannes Dresdner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaston Cayuela. Saturnino Nieto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waud Soetemans in the 89th minute of the match. After 91 minutes ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raffaelo Anderegg who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Black Dragons's Raffaelo Anderegg to fire away a dangerous shot which Saturnino Nieto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Black Dragons's zone, Nevada Etxeberria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hannes Dresdner came out of the goal and Nevada Etxeberria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chants of ALPUJARRAS LIBRE echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Black Dragons had held the ball for most of the match.
