Samsunspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lopidato FC the free kick. A collision led to Samsunspor getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ahmet Ömür Akkın hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Yannik Meersmans dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hayri İlksen, 2-0. Cemal Erdurmus scored 2-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano Mundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Dominic Cornelis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Samsunspor's Hayri İlksen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Samsunspor from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Samsunspor's Hayri İlksen got control of the ball when Herman De Strijcker tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Samsunspor's zone, Dominic Cornelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hayri İlksen came out of the goal and Dominic Cornelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Lopidato FC's Dominic Cornelis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hayri İlksen. That made the score 5-1 after 41 minutes of play. Dominic Cornelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Batuğ Keykubad made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Herman De Strijcker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lopidato FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Ahmet Ömür Akkın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Ömür Akkın got free with Maximiliano Mundo in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute, Herman De Strijcker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hayri İlksen was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. 66 minutes into the game, Herman De Strijcker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Hayri İlksen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 69 minutes, Batuğ Keykubad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samsunspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Batuğ Keykubad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 played minutes Lopidato FC got a freekick which was hit by Demirhan Sağınç. Ahmet Ömür Akkın's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maximiliano Mundo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Herman De Strijcker scored 9-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hayri İlksen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd minute Herman De Strijcker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hayri İlksen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Samsunspor's goal looked a bit too open when Dominic Cornelis came free, but Hayri İlksen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
