Fachtna Duggan started the match with the kick off. Chen Hong Jun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aloísio Toscano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fachtna Duggan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Chen Hong Jun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Osvaldo da Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fachtna Duggan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chen Hong Jun having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tord Kämpe in the 20th minute of play forced Mayhem Sharks's goalkeeper Bruno Renan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fachtna Duggan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fachtna Duggan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Lillhärdal BF's Romulo Iraunkor got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Chen Hong Jun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fachtna Duggan's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Romulo Iraunkor's late challenge caught a Mayhem Sharks's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Iraunkor helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th minute of the match Aloísio Toscano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chen Hong Jun skillfully saved the ball. Fachtna Duggan might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chen Hong Jun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fachtna Duggan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th minute, Fachtna Duggan made a precise shot to the right of Chen Hong Jun. Lillhärdal BF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torsten Lekberg to make the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Lillhärdal BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Westerstrand to maneuver through the defense. Fachtna Duggan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chen Hong Jun having to interfere. With a little luck, Lillhärdal BF's Chen Hong Jun got control of the ball when Fachtna Duggan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st minute Fachtna Duggan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chen Hong Jun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fachtna Duggan in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chen Hong Jun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fachtna Duggan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Chen Hong Jun when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 80th minute, Fachtna Duggan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mayhem Sharks's Luís Fabiano de Andrade was substituted for Fachtna Duggan. In the 85th minute, Luís Fabiano de Andrade ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chen Hong Jun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Mayhem Sharks's Ian de Castro managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ingmar Hedling in the 90 minute of the game. When Luís Fabiano de Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Mayhem Sharks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Fabiano de Andrade couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mayhem Sharks walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
