When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cristiano Lago sped through Albertus FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leendert Borg. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Albertus FC's goalkeeper Leendert Borg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cristiano Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes in the game Cristo Guzman did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jan Knops. After 27 minutes of play, Until Five's Cristiano Lago made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leendert Borg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Cristiano Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leendert Borg having to interfere. If Cristiano Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Until Five were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christijan van Asseldonk to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Leendert Borg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Cristiano Lago sped through Albertus FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leendert Borg. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leendert Borg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the match, Until Five's Cristiano Lago sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leendert Borg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristiano Lago in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leendert Borg saved Albertus FC from getting behind.
