Valla Fc's Antoine Lovera got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valla Fc's Niklas Vallander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Vergaray in the 11th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Valla Fc fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Adrogue FC a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nestor Chucho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Valla Fc's Niklas Vallander. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laureano Vergaray in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niklas Vallander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th match minute, Valla Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoine Lovera to maneuver through the defense. When Laureano Vergaray came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Adrogue FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laureano Vergaray couldn't finish the play. Niklas Vallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 41 minutes into the match, Valla Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Piti Martinez came free, but Niklas Vallander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 minutes Valla Fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ismael Abalos who took care of the corner kick. Niklas Vallander came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Adrogue FC's Laureano Vergaray. But to his dismay, Laureano Vergaray quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laureano Vergaray to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Tor-Ivar Kalland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franco Armani. Adrogue FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tor-Ivar Kalland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Laureano Vergaray sped through Valla Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Niklas Vallander. Niklas Vallander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Vergaray in the 66th minute of the match. If Laureano Vergaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Niklas Vallander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Vergaray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Adrogue FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Valla Fc throughout the match.
