Spectators: 7446 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) FCPorto's Honorato Salgueiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes FCPorto got a freekick which was hit by Damião Lisboa. Dewa Cinta came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Saubrigues's Salomon Buffet. But to his dismay, Salomon Buffet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Salomon Buffet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dewa Cinta. FCPorto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salomon Buffet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 15th minute Faudel Langlois shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dewa Cinta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faudel Langlois shot from long distance after 23 played minutes, a shot that Dewa Cinta with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Honorato Salgueiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. FCPorto's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorato Salgueiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Éluard Coulomb breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Faudel Langlois had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dewa Cinta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salomon Buffet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dewa Cinta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faudel Langlois, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Dewa Cinta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salomon Buffet in the 46th minute of play. Dewa Cinta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faudel Langlois, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When Salomon Buffet fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Saubrigues's protests and gave Salomon Buffet a yellow card for diving instead. Salomon Buffet hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Dewa Cinta was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Salomon Buffet capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Salomon Buffet really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Salomon Buffet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Dewa Cinta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 75 minutes, Paulo Liberato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FCPorto and the FC Saubrigues players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, FCPorto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Liberato to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Basílio Bentes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Saubrigues's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 78th minute of the game, when Hamza Loaëc after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of FCPorto's goal. Hamza Loaëc was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. 81 minutes into the match, FCPorto's goalkeeper Dewa Cinta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salomon Buffet. In the 83rd match minute, FC Saubrigues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmond Coiffier to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Zeferino Palma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éluard Coulomb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faudel Langlois fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dewa Cinta having to interfere. In the 94th minute Honorato Salgueiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éluard Coulomb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Salomon Buffet got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. FC Saubrigues's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
