Charis Droumalias kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Itajaí Football Club's Afonso Severo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Itajaí Football Club's Conrado Miranda got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Miranda in the 16th minute of play forced Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Anastasios Christakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Anastasios Christakos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conrado Miranda. After 24 played minutes Itajaí Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Varela. Anastasios Christakos came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Itajaí Football Club's Leonardo Varela. But to his dismay, Leonardo Varela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Anastasios Christakos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonardo Varela showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 32 minute of play. Itajaí Football Club's Li Wen Mo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Leonardo Varela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasios Christakos was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Conrado Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasios Christakos having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Demis Zindros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anastasios Christakos came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Itajaí Football Club's Leonardo Varela. But to his dismay, Leonardo Varela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Seahawks V55's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Li Wen Mo scored to the left of an out of position Anastasios Christakos, making the score, 9-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 10-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manolis Kalergis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conrado Miranda in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasios Christakos saved Seahawks V55 from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Conrado Miranda put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Anastasios Christakos. Douglas Vides scored 12-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anastasios Christakos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Itajaí Football Club made a substitution. Carlos Eduardo da Costa replaced Leonardo Varela. Itajaí Football Club's Rubens Abreu was substituted for Conrado Miranda. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Vides in the 60th minute of play forced Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Anastasios Christakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anastasios Christakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubens Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beto Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Nekos in the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Li Wen Mo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itajaí Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. 69 minutes into the game, Douglas Vides cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 14-0. Anastasios Christakos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After recieving a nice pass, Itajaí Football Club's Afonso Severo tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Seahawks V55 defense, Douglas Vides kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anastasios Christakos. The Seahawks V55 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anastasios Christakos should have stopped the shot. 83 minutes into the game, Mino Nieto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 18-0. Anastasios Christakos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Itajaí Football Club's Beto Teixeira got control of the ball when Giannis Nekos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beto Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Nekos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anastasios Christakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubens Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Periklis Asimakis's late challenge caught a Itajaí Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Periklis Asimakis helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes Seahawks V55 got a freekick which was hit by Periklis Asimakis. Seahawks V55's Anastasios Christakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Li Wen Mo in the 93rd minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Seahawks V55's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Vides came free, but Anastasios Christakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Itajaí Football Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
