The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The corner led Kultapossukerho's 曲霖阳 to fire away a dangerous shot which Kılıçhan Reyyan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 37th minute Nuutti Vauhkonen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kılıçhan Reyyan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Burak Yilmaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elbert Hand. Kultapossukerho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Burak Yilmaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 43rd minute Terho Litja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kılıçhan Reyyan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Kultapossukerho's Hernan Leizarraga was substituted for Terho Litja. The wind increased when Olimpiu Antoniu made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Gürcan Uçuk threw the ball into play from the sideline. A wasted opportunity for Kultapossukerho. 74 minutes into the match, Kultapossukerho's goal looked a bit too open when I-Made Wonder came free, but Elbert Hand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 76 minutes, I-Made Wonder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arnavutköy's supporters crossed their fingers, but I-Made Wonder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gürcan Uçuk made in the 86th minute of the game a quick throw-in and İlbey Oker immediately put the ball in play. After a defensive mix-up in Arnavutköy's zone, Nuutti Vauhkonen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kılıçhan Reyyan came out of the goal and Nuutti Vauhkonen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elbert Hand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from I-Made Wonder, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Burak Yilmaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Elbert Hand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
