A nice corner shot did that Ulises Bernad got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fulgencio Vistruario quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 17th match minute, Colosos Afc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Sugar to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 17 minutes, Isidro Cresencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manantiales Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Cresencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zbigniew Barowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Florinio in the 21st minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Ronaldo Ronaldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colosos Afc's Fulgencio Vistruario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Colosos Afc defense, Juan Riquelme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Vistruario. The Colosos Afc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Vistruario should have stopped the shot. Juan Riquelme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Fulgencio Vistruario made a huge save. Colosos Afc's Fulgencio Vistruario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Colosos Afc from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dante Faron to make the kick off. After 55 minutes, Abelardo Ariando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colosos Afc and the Manantiales Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Colosos Afc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Ariando to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gogo Florinio got free with Zbigniew Barowicz in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 57th minute of the match Abelardo Ariando completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Abelardo Ariando a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 59 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Ronaldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fulgencio Vistruario was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 62 minutes into the game, Manantiales Fc's Ronaldo Ronaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fulgencio Vistruario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Ronaldo Ronaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Colosos Afc's Donny Read was substituted for Gogo Florinio. When Amado Oriol came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Manantiales Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Oriol couldn't finish the play. Donny Read's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zbigniew Barowicz firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Ronaldo Ronaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manantiales Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldo Ronaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Vistruario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fulgencio Vistruario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Ronaldo in the 81st minute of play. Amado Oriol took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fulgencio Vistruario. Fulgencio Vistruario dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Colosos Afc's Fulgencio Vistruario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Riquelme in the 87th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Juan Riquelme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Vistruario was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. 90 minutes into the game, Manantiales Fc's Ronaldo Ronaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fulgencio Vistruario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Ronaldo Ronaldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fulgencio Vistruario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronaldo Ronaldo ran back to his position shaking his head. Manantiales Fc's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
