Arturo Feo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boris Johnson's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Blas Bidun hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Alexandrie CF's Renaut De Geyter was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arturo Feo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alexandrie CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fidel Domenech in the 40th minute. Francisco Conceicão scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arturo Feo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ma Wen Bo to strike the kick off in the second half. Flores AC's Arturo Feo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Flores AC from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the game, Gavino Perfecto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flores AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alexandrie CF the free kick. A collision led to Flores AC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Gavino Perfecto hit a great ball. Francisco Conceicão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Arturo Feo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 77 minutes of play, Flores AC's Ma Wen Bo made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthias Brandin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arturo Feo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Conceicão's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Francisco Conceicão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Feo having to interfere.
