Spectators: 7511 (Terracing: 5634, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Jose F.C.'s Ntinos Kaliakatsos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aris Zanteroglou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Verheydt's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Jose F.C.'s goalkeeper Aris Zanteroglou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolf Weyand. Juan Chayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Periklis Pagopoulos in the 11th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Chayo saved Vampiros Aztecas from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Verheydt in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aris Zanteroglou prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 19th minute of play forced Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Juan Chayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aris Zanteroglou came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Vampiros Aztecas's Thomas Verheydt. But to his dismay, Thomas Verheydt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Juan Chayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Periklis Pagopoulos in the 24th minute of the match. Juan Chayo came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Jose F.C.'s Periklis Pagopoulos. But to his dismay, Periklis Pagopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 26 played minutes Jose F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Renos Gitas. After 33 played minutes Jose F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Renos Gitas. Aris Zanteroglou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Verheydt's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Thomas Verheydts short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Aris Zanteroglou to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aris Zanteroglou was a little too slow when Thomas Verheydt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 2-1. Thomas Verheydt kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot Jose F.C.'s keeper Aris Zanteroglou was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After a defensive mix-up in Jose F.C.'s zone, Ubaldo Abeitia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aris Zanteroglou came out of the goal and Ubaldo Abeitia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Thomas Verheydt made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ubaldo Abeitia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aris Zanteroglou was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Aris Zanteroglou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolf Weyand, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Jose F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Shaun Allison came free, but Aris Zanteroglou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vampiros Aztecas's Juan Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 62nd minute of play. When Vampiros Aztecas's Thomas Verheydt in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jose F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Juan Chayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 66th minute of the match. Renos Gitas hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Juan Chayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ntinos Kaliakatsos in the 79th minute. Ntinos Kaliakatsos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Juan Chayo made a huge save. In the 86th minute Ubaldo Abeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aris Zanteroglou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Thomas Verheydt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aris Zanteroglou was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. After 91 played minutes Jose F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Bassani. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Verheydt in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aris Zanteroglou saved Jose F.C. from getting behind. Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Juan Chayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Vampiros Aztecas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
