Tohias Alavedra was slow to take the kick. During this time Dragones Celestes's players had a chance to rest. Dragones Celestes's Tohias Alavedra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sven-Edvin Britz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sven-Edvin Britz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sisebuto Frost in the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Morris FC's Karl-Åke Dusett got a free kick in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Sisebuto Frost managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dragones Celestes's supporters rose to their feet, but Sisebuto Frost was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Edvin Britz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Morris FC's Sven-Edvin Britz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Morris FC from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute, Sisebuto Frost reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sven-Edvin Britz. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sisebuto Frost in the 34th minute of play forced Morris FC's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Britz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sisebuto Frost in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Edvin Britz saved Morris FC from getting behind. Dragones Celestes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tohias Alavedra in the 36th minute. The corner ended in Tohias Alavedra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Morris FC's Sven-Edvin Britz did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Cuevas in the 39th minute of play forced Morris FC's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Britz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Edvin Britz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Cuevas in the 41st minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Angelo Cuevas made the kick off in the second half. Sven-Edvin Britz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tohias Alavedra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven-Edvin Britz came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Dragones Celestes's Angelo Cuevas. But to his dismay, Angelo Cuevas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 72nd minute Sisebuto Frost shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Edvin Britz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Cuevas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Sven-Edvin Britz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Horia Buzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Altay Dağdelen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Angelo Cuevas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute Angelo Cuevas suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Joachim Henriksson fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Morris FC's protests and gave Joachim Henriksson a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Morris FC got a freekick which was hit by Joachim Henriksson. After a defensive mix-up in Morris FC's zone, Julio Dalgalarrando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Edvin Britz came out of the goal and Julio Dalgalarrando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Sisebuto Frost got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 99 minutes, Xosé Suloaga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dragones Celestes and the Morris FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 99th minute, Xosé Suloaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Dragones Celestes were the better team. Dragones Celestes's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
