Gordon Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Orășan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulises Gutierrez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Edgard Nóbrega skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Răducioiu in the 22nd minute of play forced MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's goalkeeper Gordon Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xspark Academy's Edgard Nóbrega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Gutierrez in the 86th minute of play. If Ulises Gutierrez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gordon Zamora was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Fan Ao Zhou capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fan Ao Zhou really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. The Xspark Academy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Xspark Academy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
