The audience was convinced that Fabian Bator's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgard Nóbrega was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Edgard Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Bator in the 17th minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Gliwicka Torcida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateusz Grajewski to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes in the game Valdo Santervas after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Claudinho Taffarel. A very good opportunity. Gliwicka Torcida's Claudinho Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Gliwicka Torcida from getting a goal against them. Edgard Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Bator, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Ingvar Danielsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgard Nóbrega. Xspark Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ingvar Danielsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 44th minute Fabian Bator shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes Xspark Academy got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Gonzalez. In the 48th minute of the match Iwan Pankowski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgard Nóbrega skillfully saved the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florin Răducioiu to make the kick off. Gliwicka Torcida's Claudinho Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Orășan in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Orășan in the 52nd minute of play forced Gliwicka Torcida's goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinho Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Orășan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Xspark Academy's Edgard Nóbrega got control of the ball when Ingvar Danielsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute Quique Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabian Bator kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgard Nóbrega. That made the score 0-2 in the 58 minute of play. In the 61st minute Valdo Santervas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Bator in the 62nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabian Bator kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgard Nóbrega. That made the score 0-3 in the 62 minute of play. Xspark Academy's Fidensio Rioz was substituted for Agustin Sidro. Xspark Academy made a substitution. Fan Ao Zhou replaced George Orășan. Claudinho Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florin Răducioiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. With a little luck, Xspark Academy's Edgard Nóbrega got control of the ball when Fabian Bator tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ingvar Danielsson kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingvar Danielsson got free with Edgard Nóbrega in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgard Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Turok in the 78th minute of the match. After 82 minutes, Castel Areces made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Gliwicka Torcida's Claudinho Taffarel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Claudinho Taffarel came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Xspark Academy's Castel Areces. But to his dismay, Castel Areces quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Claudinho Taffarel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Castel Areces went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score.
