The corner led to Boca Juniors's Ladislao Bertran getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepito Santalla in the 36th minute of play forced Soflov FC's goalkeeper Patricio Salamon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Emesto scored 0-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patricio Salamon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Boca Juniors walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
