With a little luck, Chaján's Baldomiro Sindo got control of the ball when Dante Oalo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augustas Matukas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Pablo-Enrique Hoyon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Chaján's goal looked a bit too open when Berk Vezir came free, but Baldomiro Sindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pablo-Enrique Hoyon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Blanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

With an all-out effort, Chaján's Pablo-Enrique Hoyon threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Donato Goiano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
