In the 14th minute Leopoldo Henrico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Matthew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Silvano Arano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, Huarriors AFC's goalkeeper David Matthew had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Henrico. Ronaldão Penha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvano Arano's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. David Matthew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Henrico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvano Arano in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronaldão Penha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benedykt Pawelczyks short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got David Matthew to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvano Arano in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronaldão Penha saved Vilma Palma from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, Vilma Palma's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Rojelio came free, but Ronaldão Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvano Arano to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Huarriors AFC got a corner. Vilma Palma's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carl Cassilly ran over to the corner to take the kick. Carl Cassilly made a great header on Huarriors AFC's corner, it was just that Vilma Palma's Ronaldão Penha managed to reach the ball for a save. Ronaldão Penha stood somewhat misplaced when Silvano Arano came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 73 minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Arano got free with Ronaldão Penha in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Huarriors AFC's Silvano Arano came free and shot a quick shot against goal 79 minutes in the game, fortunately Ronaldão Penha had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Ronaldão Penha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Huarriors AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
