After 20 minutes, Luiz Eduardo Marinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SANTOS F.C and the Aris Salonicco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 9-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adan Urtsua stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
