The supporters of Blåvitt booed when Aysouraguán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Tono didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Mike Cassar Torreggiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Vítor Domingues in the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 58 minutes, José Vítor Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aysouraguán's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Vítor Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mike Cassar Torreggiani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Vítor Domingues in the 60th minute of play. Aysouraguán made a substitution.
