When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ismael Jerrold sped through FC FERNET BOYS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ludwig Apelqvist. In the 35th minute of the match Imperio Académico got a corner. FC FERNET BOYS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tymoteusz Lemiesz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Imperio Académico's Charilaos Bogdanos getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Clis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tibor Ligocký was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ľubomír Šišmiš during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
