Angelino Ospin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Svante Stenqvist having to make a save. After 16 minutes Söderhall's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ahmet Kadri Adılhan who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Motta in the 18th minute of play forced CACYFA's goalkeeper Luis Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Söderhall's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Kadri Adılhan came free, but Svante Stenqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Söderhall reached it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clas Nørstrup stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luis Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clas Nørstrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. A collision led to CACYFA getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Marcos Acuña hit a great ball. If Erling Halland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CACYFA's Xu Feng Wei suffered a sore thigh after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Febri Sarumpaet during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CACYFA booed when Söderhall was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Febri Sarumpaet didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Angelino Ospin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Luis Quirce was a little too slow when Qi Yang Guang got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-2. Svante Stenqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Dunixi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Söderhall made a substitution. Sven-Åke Alebeck replaced Qi Yang Guang. CACYFA made a substitution. Frank Thorbrügge replaced Benigno Amor. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Alexandre Motta took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Luis Quirce to make any attempt to save it. After 96 played minutes CACYFA got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Ospin. The CACYFA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Söderhall's performance. The match ended with a win for Söderhall.
