The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wang Di Yi came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Twierdza Teodorówka's Wiktor Tscherner. But to his dismay, Wiktor Tscherner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 6th minute, Twierdza Teodorówka's Wiktor Cichewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Wiktor Tscherner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Wang Di Yi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dag Abrahamsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Wang Di Yi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Wiktor Tscherner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cascadia United were furious when Hilario Roland was red carded, 21 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cascadia United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 23 minutes, Twierdza Teodorówka's Remigiusz Dytrych got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Wang Di Yi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wiktor Tscherner in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wang Di Yi saved Cascadia United from getting behind. After having played for 29 minutes, Wiktor Tscherner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Twierdza Teodorówka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Tscherner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Twierdza Teodorówka's Wiktor Tscherner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wang Di Yi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 32 minutes, Wiktor Tscherner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Twierdza Teodorówka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Tscherner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Wiktor Tscherner came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Twierdza Teodorówka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wiktor Tscherner couldn't finish the play. Jairo Rufio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucjan Purzycki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Jairo Rufio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucjan Purzycki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmar Toro went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wiktor Tscherner made a kick off. Wang Di Yi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiktor Tscherner, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Wang Di Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Tscherner in the 52nd minute of play. If Dag Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Twierdza Teodorówka's Dag Abrahamsson got a free kick in the 57th minute. Wiktor Tscherner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Wang Di Yi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dag Abrahamsson struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Wang Di Yi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Twierdza Teodorówka. In the 66th minute, Wiktor Tscherner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Twierdza Teodorówka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Wiktor Tscherner struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Wang Di Yi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Twierdza Teodorówka. 74 minutes into the match, Wiktor Tscherner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wang Di Yi. Cascadia United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wiktor Tscherner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Wang Di Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Tscherner in the 78th minute of play. Twierdza Teodorówka's Maksymilian Rydz was substituted for Olaf Sokol. In the 89th minute, Wiktor Cichewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wang Di Yi was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Twierdza Teodorówka's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
