Pir-Sultan Romero was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 15 minutes into the match. Camarón Bombay's German Euloxu was substituted for Abelardo Pero. Corbera FC's Angelino Eliu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Budi Martines in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Ruben got free with Budi Martines in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camarón Bombay's Budi Martines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guy Bernaerts in the 26th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guy Bernaerts in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Budi Martines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Budi Martines made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Emiliano Eliu sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd minute, Marco Ruben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corbera FC's Guy Bernaerts was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 37th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Haroldo Garin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierluigi Casiraghi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guy Bernaerts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Camarón Bombay booed when Corbera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacek Andryszyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Camarón Bombay's goal looked a bit too open when Guy Bernaerts came free, but Budi Martines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Argenis was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Budi Martines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Ruben, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute.
