In the 10th minute of the match Szilveszter Puja sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson skillfully saved the ball. Peng Xiong might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peng Xiong ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Göran Unesson put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Freddy Mercurio. When Wieslaw Zarobski fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crottos Crotters F.C.'s protests and gave Wieslaw Zarobski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Wieslaw Zarobski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Göran Unesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Mercurio having to interfere. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when Crottos Crotters F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wieslaw Zarobski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Joel Lundström came free, but Freddy Mercurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peng Xiong in the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to Team Rocco getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Alfred Samuelsson hit a great ball. Pablo Solari kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Freddy Mercurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Lundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peng Xiong in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Peng Xiong made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Team Rocco got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Vase. Szilveszter Puja struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crottos Crotters F.C.. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peng Xiong, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute Peng Xiong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 played minutes Crottos Crotters F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Mateo. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Team Rocco's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Mårtensson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Peng Xiong slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. That made the score 1-2 after 60 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Sven-Edvin Mårtensson threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Peng Xiong, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 64th match minute, Crottos Crotters F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Paublo to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute Adilson Breckenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Joel Lundström notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Freddy Mercurio. When the match had been going on for 84 minutes Szilveszter Puja shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Sven-Edvin Mårtensson when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Joel Lundström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Freddy Mercurio was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Team Rocco were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Crottos Crotters F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ralf Vase took the corner. The corner led Team Rocco's Ralf Vase to fire away a dangerous shot which Freddy Mercurio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Crottos Crotters F.C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Team Rocco from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
