The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marko Meerits showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oyedeji Rau in the 11th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes Yara Poland got a freekick which was hit by John Carew. If Aapo Kargu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marko Meerits made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Fanøe in the 20th minute of play. Felix Fanøe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Marko Meerits tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yara Poland were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after FC Hiiu Pallurid's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wincenty Skrzypek took the corner. Wincenty Skrzypek made a great header on Yara Poland's corner, it was just that FC Hiiu Pallurid's Marko Meerits managed to reach the ball for a save. Yara Poland's Bartosz Komanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merdan Abesadze in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Felix Fanøe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marko Meerits. FC Hiiu Pallurid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Fanøe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Wincenty Skrzypek was slow to take the kick. During this time Yara Poland's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Yara Poland's Wincenty Skrzypek to fire away a dangerous shot which Marko Meerits despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Carew in the 39th minute of play forced FC Hiiu Pallurid's goalkeeper Marko Meerits to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, FC Hiiu Pallurid's goal looked a bit too open when Oyedeji Rau came free, but Marko Meerits reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The FC Hiiu Pallurid players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yara Poland were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Fanøe to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, FC Hiiu Pallurid's goalkeeper Marko Meerits had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Fanøe. Despite this Marko Meerits quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 72 minutes into the match, Yara Poland's goal looked a bit too open when Merdan Abesadze came free, but Bartosz Komanski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yara Poland's Bartosz Komanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stavros Antzas in the 73rd minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, FC Hiiu Pallurid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert Tara to maneuver through the defense. Bartosz Komanski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Merdan Abesadze went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. John Carew came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marko Meerits could save by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Merdan Abesadze during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Merdan Abesadze kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Marko Meerits successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
