In the 9thth minute of the game Jonas Hellqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Artetas artilleri's Epifanio Iratzeder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Artetas artilleri's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Brummer came free, but Epifanio Iratzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Artetas artilleri booed when StraX Xenon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pelle Smedfeldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Jones in the 13th minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Mattias Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 minutes, Jakob Palmkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the StraX Xenon FC and the Artetas artilleri players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jakob Palmkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Jakob Palmkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Iratzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Artetas artilleri's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Palmkvist came free, but Epifanio Iratzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. StraX Xenon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torbjörn Brummer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute Torbjörn Brummer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Iratzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Torbjörn Brummer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Iratzeder was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, Jonas Hellqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Epifanio Iratzeder. Artetas artilleri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Hellqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Mattias Olofsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joakim Brandin in the 31st minute. Epifanio Iratzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Palmkvist in the 36th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Artetas artilleri's Noel Abraham nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mattias Olofsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After the first half StraX Xenon FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Leon Russel hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Otto Axelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Hellqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Epifanio Iratzeder when he managed to save the team from getting behind. StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Brandin in the 59th minute of play. Brian Jones kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Artetas artilleri's zone, Torbjörn Brummer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Iratzeder came out of the goal and Torbjörn Brummer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artetas artilleri's Glen Buxton pulled a muscle in his back after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pelle Smedfeldt during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Artetas artilleri's Ben White was substituted for Glen Buxton. Pelle Smedfeldt hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Mattias Olofsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Brandin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torbjörn Brummer hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Mattias Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Abraham, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Mattias Olofsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Abraham in the 80th minute of the match. Artetas artilleri's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valter Siöman in the 83rd minute. Ben White was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Mattias Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Jones in the 89th minute of play. 89 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Artetas artilleri's Brian Jones fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After 92 minutes of play, Artetas artilleri's Joakim Brandin made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mattias Olofsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Abraham in the 96th minute of play. Despite being the better team, Artetas artilleri failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
