The TSIGALKO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenneth Valström should have stopped the shot. Abílio Passos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Valström having to interfere. Ivo Guterres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samim Nevsal in the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, SC Freiburg 09's Ivo Guterres got control of the ball when 慕容 复 tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Marko Karlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 36thth minute of the game Vasco Brás who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TSIGALKO's Kenneth Valström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th match minute, SC Freiburg 09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Bragança to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to TSIGALKO getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Adam Dahlquist hit a great ball. In the 43rd match minute, SC Freiburg 09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Máximo Lameiras to maneuver through the defense. 慕容 复, 44 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abílio Passos to strike the kick off in the second half. SC Freiburg 09's Ivo Guterres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastián Rambert in the 87th minute of play. Abílio Passos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kenneth Valström firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ivo Guterres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samim Nevsal in the 90th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Nuno Bragança was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Freiburg 09's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. SC Freiburg 09 played a much better game than TSIGALKO and deserved their victory. The TSIGALKO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
