One of FK Mintis Vilnius:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Seraċini Għawdxin:s goal. In the 70th minute, Fernando Negro made a precise shot to the right of Mustafa Kemal. FK Mintis Vilnius's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 75 played minutes Seraċini Għawdxin got a freekick which was hit by Filip Bejrut. Tomas Danilevičius came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rahim Kornes could save by the left post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Seraċini Għawdxin fans cheered their team off the field, for while FK Mintis Vilnius had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
