But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Gerazan couldn't finish the play. 98 minutes into the match, SALIMEN's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Ruiz came free, but Bebeto Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The SALIMEN players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
