Eddy Stoorms took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Sandoval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Sean Mallecots notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Clube do Remo MZ's Alirio Oyuela. Alirio Oyuela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Sean Mallecots's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alirio Oyuela was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sean Mallecots in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alirio Oyuela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 16 played minutes Clube do Remo MZ got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Ritchie. After having played for 20 minutes, Emanuel Lundgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Invictus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Lundgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alirio Oyuela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sean Mallecots in the 25th minute of play. Fabricio Ritchie made in the 31st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dagoberto Sandoval. Alirio Oyuela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sean Mallecots went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Eddy Stoorms made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didi Mello in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Invictus FC's Sean Mallecots sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alirio Oyuela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alirio Oyuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sean Mallecots, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Clube do Remo MZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Invictus FC were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tiaguinho Mandrak made a kick off. Virgill Van Dijk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alirio Oyuela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sean Mallecots in the 58th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Clube do Remo MZ's goalkeeper Alirio Oyuela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sean Mallecots. Invictus FC's Eddy Stoorms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiaguinho Mandrak in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the game Fabricio Ritchie made a throw-in which Dagoberto Sandoval played forward. In the 72nd minute Sean Mallecots shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alirio Oyuela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Ritchie to maneuver through the defense. Invictus FC made a substitution. Octaaf Van der Meiren replaced Alexander Hendrickx. In the 79th minute, Fabricio Ritchie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Sean Mallecots made a precise shot to the right of Alirio Oyuela. Clube do Remo MZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After 89 played minutes Clube do Remo MZ got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Ritchie.
