Emanuel Benet got a throw-in 24 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Xu Wei Kun. Paulo Rosio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Truylos in the 25th minute of the match. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Paulo Rosio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Atletas Campesinos F.C. from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xu Wei Kun got free with Paulo Rosio in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Truylos in the 40th minute of play forced Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goalkeeper Paulo Rosio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Independiente's Eriberto Truylos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulo Rosio. Paulo Rosio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Suy in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Rosio saved Atletas Campesinos F.C. from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Martin Suy put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Paulo Rosio. 57 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Truylos came free, but Paulo Rosio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
