With a little luck, Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa's Maciej Brzeszczak got control of the ball when Juan Mondaca tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Magallanes's Juan Mondaca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maciej Brzeszczak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Mondaca got free with Maciej Brzeszczak in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the game, Juan Mondaca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maciej Brzeszczak. Juan Mondaca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Håkan Ödman in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ksawery Witkowski saved Magallanes from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Juan Mondaca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Magallanes's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Mondaca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maciej Brzeszczak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Magallanes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Seran Turres in the 37th minute. The corner led Magallanes's Seran Turres to fire away a dangerous shot which Maciej Brzeszczak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa booed when Magallanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Campbell didn't get a good kick on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Guille Aravena in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa's Łukasz Cwynar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Mondaca to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa's Matty Cash got a free kick in the 54th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Ödman came free, but Ksawery Witkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Mondaca struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Maciej Brzeszczak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Magallanes. Magallanes made a substitution. Juan Fernando Pirola replaced Alejandro Campbell. In the 64th minute, Rito Encina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Magallanes booed when Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwan Grunwalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa's Gert Nordkvist was substituted for Håkan Ödman. Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa's Witalis Komornicki was substituted for Wiktor Giec. After 77 played minutes Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa got a freekick which was hit by Iwan Grunwalski. After some careless play in the Magallanes defense, Gert Nordkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ksawery Witkowski. The Magallanes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ksawery Witkowski should have stopped the shot. If Gert Nordkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Zawaski kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Ksawery Witkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gert Nordkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
