ASV Muziekwijk's Ali Kürşat Rıfat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save ASV Muziekwijk from getting a goal against them. With his leg Ali Kürşat Rıfat managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Clube do Remo MZ's Tiaguinho Mandrak fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 12 minutes into the match, ASV Muziekwijk's goalkeeper Ali Kürşat Rıfat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dagoberto Sandoval. Alirio Oyuela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Codrin Matei's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After 15 minutes, Codrin Matei made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Clube do Remo MZ's Alirio Oyuela tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Codrin Matei in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alirio Oyuela saved Clube do Remo MZ from getting behind. Ali Kürşat Rıfat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Sandoval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alirio Oyuela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Görkem Tokdemir in the 22nd minute of play. Virgill Van Dijk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ali Kürşat Rıfat made a huge save. 28 minutes into the match, Virgill Van Dijk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ali Kürşat Rıfat, 1-2. ASV Muziekwijk's Ali Kürşat Rıfat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save ASV Muziekwijk from getting a goal against them. Dagoberto Sandoval could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Ali Kürşat Rıfat made a huge save. The supporters of Clube do Remo MZ booed when ASV Muziekwijk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedé Maldini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Alirio Oyuela made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Hubert Haglund sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Clube do Remo MZ's Alirio Oyuela got control of the ball when Codrin Matei tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 minutes Clube do Remo MZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hugo Buskermolen who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on ASV Muziekwijk's corner Hugo Buskermolen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alirio Oyuela quite easily take care of the ball. Tiaguinho Mandrak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Kürşat Rıfat having to interfere. Ali Kürşat Rıfat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Sandoval, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. A collision led to Clube do Remo MZ getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Virgill Van Dijk hit a great ball. After 74 minutes of play, Clube do Remo MZ's Dagoberto Sandoval made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Kürşat Rıfat was left in no man's land by his defense there! Clube do Remo MZ's Alirio Oyuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maarten Steffens in the 79th minute of play. Görkem Tokdemir took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alirio Oyuela. Alirio Oyuela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Ali Kürşat Rıfat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Ritchie, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, ASV Muziekwijk's Panait Ploieșteanu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Dagoberto Sandoval got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Clube do Remo MZ manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing ASV Muziekwijk to win.
