Valar morghulis's Rüştü Rencber proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Valar morghulis from getting a goal against them. Rüştü Rencber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Andrade in the 8th minute of the match. After some careless play in the GLADIADORES defense, Aşır Koç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Ravelli. The GLADIADORES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Ravelli should have stopped the shot. Wilson Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Valar morghulis's Rüştü Rencber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Andrade in the 26th minute of play. Wilson Andrade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rüştü Rencber having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Rüştü Rencber successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Wilson Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thomas Ravelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökay Ömür, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Wilson Andrade made a precise shot to the right of Rüştü Rencber. Valar morghulis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Wilson Andrade's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rüştü Rencber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. GLADIADORES were furious when Batu Cem Ekinci was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Rüştü Rencber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Wilson Andrade's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rüştü Rencber was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Andrade in the 64th minute of play forced Valar morghulis's goalkeeper Rüştü Rencber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute there was a penalty for Valar morghulis. İsa Fındık stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Thomas Ravelli. 2-3. Thomas Ravelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökay Ömür in the 79th minute of play. Thomas Ravelli made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when İsa Fındık sent off a good shot on target. Rüştü Rencber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GLADIADORES's Paşa Safih was substituted for Moisés Dayan. Valar morghulis made a substitution. Witold Zbydniewski replaced Sabahattin Zati. A collision led to Valar morghulis getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Halit Fahri Sayın hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the game, Anacleto Rozarius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Rüştü Rencber was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Battal Cüneyt Oksu had several of the GLADIADORES's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-4 score and a disappointed Thomas Ravelli as he didn't even see the shot coming. Thomas Ravelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Battal Cüneyt Oksu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Thomas Ravelli was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Battal Cüneyt Oksu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Battal Cüneyt Oksu really showed his touch with that goal: 3-5. The Valar morghulis supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Valar morghulis would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
