Marco Moench had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Cintya Palacios's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Hoberg United's Dida Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Vester in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Hoberg United getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jaroslaw Teofila hit a great ball. In the 21st minute of the match Bora Han Akbel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dida Martins skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, FC Wöllersdorf's Marco Moench got control of the ball when Balázs Sebes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match, Balázs Sebes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Moench saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 29 minutes into the match, Hoberg United's goal looked a bit too open when Östen Högberg came free, but Dida Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Balázs Sebes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Marco Moench made a huge save. 38 minutes into the game, Cintya Palacios cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marco Moench was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dida Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Vester, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osin Kotto in the 42nd minute of play forced Hoberg United's goalkeeper Dida Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Moench made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny Grønnow in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Balázs Sebes made a kick off. When Pablo Guerau came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the FC Wöllersdorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Guerau couldn't finish the play. Danny Grønnow's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Moench read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. FC Wöllersdorf's Marco Moench played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balázs Sebes in the 68th minute of play. Hoberg United's Balázs Sebes managed to work through FC Wöllersdorf's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Balázs Sebes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 78 minutes into the match, FC Wöllersdorf's goal looked a bit too open when Danny Grønnow came free, but Marco Moench reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Louis Bullock had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Moench. FC Wöllersdorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Louis Bullock was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After some careless play in the FC Wöllersdorf defense, Cintya Palacios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Moench. The FC Wöllersdorf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Moench should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hoberg United fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Wöllersdorf had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
