Twelve Ravens's Roland Vanden Broucke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Eriksson in the 7th minute of play. Henning Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Vanden Broucke having to interfere. Shi Bang Xiang came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Twelve Ravens's Reinard Hennes. But to his dismay, Reinard Hennes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 17th minute of the match, Renátó Csernyi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roland Vanden Broucke was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinard Hennes in the 18th minute of play forced FC Jamala's goalkeeper Shi Bang Xiang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Twelve Ravens were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after FC Jamala's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pierre Van Hinnendael took the corner. In the 21st minute Loco Martin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Vanden Broucke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Arenberg in the 23rd minute of play forced Twelve Ravens's goalkeeper Roland Vanden Broucke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Twelve Ravens's Reinard Hennes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shi Bang Xiang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Afşar Aydınoğlu made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Eddie Arenberg immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of FC Jamala booed when Twelve Ravens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yanick Goosens didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FC Jamala getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Renátó Csernyi hit a great ball. Reinard Hennes struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Shi Bang Xiang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Twelve Ravens. The FC Jamala players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Twelve Ravens were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Reinard Hennes made the kick off in the second half. Reinard Hennes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Shi Bang Xiang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute Loco Martin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Vanden Broucke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FC Jamala's Amador Ishmael in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Shi Bang Xiang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamie Figaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Renátó Csernyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jamie Figaro's late challenge caught a FC Jamala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jamie Figaro helped the player get up and apologised. Roland Vanden Broucke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Ishmael in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the Twelve Ravens defense, Loco Martin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roland Vanden Broucke. The Twelve Ravens fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roland Vanden Broucke should have stopped the shot.
