Vladimiro Tindall ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Vila's goalie and right to Zhuo Feng Zheng. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Vila's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Tom Røise didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dido Gorolomov went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 23 minutes of play, Vila's Dido Gorolomov made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tom Røise was left in no man's land by his defense there! Koit Vaikma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wang Jun Xi in the 28th minute. Topi Nick could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Koit Vaikma made a huge save. If Dido Gorolomov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tom Røise showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dido Gorolomov in the 36th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Ediberto Rodrigues came free, but Koit Vaikma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
