The tension between the Kwyjibo and the Dionisia players grew even worse after the yellow card. 81 minutes into the game, one of Kwyjibo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 89 played minutes Kwyjibo got a freekick which was hit by Kyrylo Latenko. Sylwester Wawro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Gregory in the 90th minute of play. Kwyjibo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
