Luiz Fernando Passos was slow to take the kick. During this time No Shit!!'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Luiz Fernando Passos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Colo-Colo's Eladio Escalona did a great save. Eladio Escalona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eutichios Pagarliotas in the 13th minute of play. After 18 minutes of play, Colo-Colo's Ivo Basay made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dolf Robbermond was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jasin Jelić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Eladio Escalona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dolf Robbermond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Basay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colo-Colo's Eladio Escalona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jasin Jelić in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Colo-Colo's goal looked a bit too open when Jasin Jelić came free, but Eladio Escalona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to No Shit!! getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Luiz Fernando Passos hit a great ball. In the 31stth minute of the game Ivo Basay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but No Shit!!'s Dolf Robbermond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dolf Robbermond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo Basay in the 35th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Eutichios Pagarliotas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eladio Escalona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No Shit!!'s Dolf Robbermond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Basay in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivo Basay to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in No Shit!!'s zone, Ivo Basay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dolf Robbermond came out of the goal and Ivo Basay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Colo-Colo's Marco-Antonio Etcheverry got a free kick in the 53rd minute. A collision led to No Shit!! getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gerrit Evenhuis hit a great ball. Ivo Basay scored 2-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dolf Robbermond, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ivo Basay came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Colo-Colo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivo Basay couldn't finish the play. A collision led to No Shit!! getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Gerrit Evenhuis hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Pablo Solari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dolf Robbermond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colo-Colo's Mati Fernández was substituted for Honorio Droguett. Colo-Colo's Rubén Martínez was substituted for Ivo Basay. With his leg Eladio Escalona managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when No Shit!!'s Eutichios Pagarliotas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the No Shit!! defense, Rubén Martínez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dolf Robbermond. The No Shit!! fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dolf Robbermond should have stopped the shot. Dolf Robbermond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mati Fernández in the 87th minute of the match. Eutichios Pagarliotas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Rubén Martínez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colo-Colo's supporters rose to their feet, but Rubén Martínez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dolf Robbermond breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Colo-Colo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
