Luke Pacheco hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in ŠK Horelica's zone, Douglas Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Gagriel came out of the goal and Douglas Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the match, ŠK Horelica's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Mena came free, but Marcelo Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Angel Mena came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the West Town SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Mena couldn't finish the play. West Town SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matúš Závodský was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. West Town SC made a substitution. ŠK Horelica were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
