Spectators: 7760 (Terracing: 5821, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lukas Falkrans kicked off to start the match. Lukas Falkrans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Älta BK's Lucas Rolfsson got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Älta BK! After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Angel Alvarenga got a free kick in the 21st minute. Nery Pumpido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Rolfsson went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 32 minutes into the game, Sven-Edvin Jansson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mosinho Mos. Sven-Edvin Jansson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 34 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Rolfsson came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nery Pumpido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Rolfsson in the 44th minute of the match. Tayyip Talha hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The long shot by Angel Alvarenga in the 47th minute really tested Mosinho Mos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 58th minute, Lukas Falkrans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nery Pumpido was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Älta BK's Henk Veerman was substituted for Lucas Rolfsson. In the 63rd minute, Hans-Werner Probst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GuateFortín's Elias Pagomari was substituted for Stanyo Búnkov. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when Älta BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans-Werner Probst didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 66th minute of play forced Älta BK's goalkeeper Mosinho Mos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nery Pumpido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henk Veerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Älta BK were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after GuateFortín's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rareș Nicola took the corner. Hans-Werner Probst was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Mosinho Mos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Jansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. If Sven-Edvin Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Henk Veerman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nery Pumpido was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4.
